I think that ice blue Sceptre is the one That70sboat restored and sold.

The red 20 Sceptre looks like it would roll in a 1' chop with that hardtop. Nice boat otherwise.

Based on the description, the other 23 for sale in RI might be a Seavette. Trailer and no power - $2,500? Sounds like a steal. Anyone going to investigate?

I am very interested in the ice blue 23 in florida! Anyone know the history of this boat? I've spent enough on survey's in the last year and a half to rebuild one from scratch, and have come up very dissapointed and disgusted with what some people call, "Great Shape" boats out there. This one looks clean and well done. Don't want another project boat, been there, done that! If u got any good on this one please pass it on? Thanks
