FYI: My project status - '75 Tsunami

I normally don't give updates on how my project is coming along, although I read the site every day to either learn or advise - but SHEEEET, she is beyond my wildest dreams.

She is fully rigged - a full rig job: ( all original wire out and all new wires installed - wired right ), new transom in, 2 i/o's ---> 1 i/o, gimbal in, dash/gauges/shifter etc, in, new windshield glass/gasketing, sanded exterior of hull and compounded to new, teak all sanded and repaired/ready to be installed, fuel tank epoxied/awlgripped in and rigged, everything mariginal replaced, new motor will go in within the month ( she's sitting in a crate ), tabs in, windlass in. And this does not even touch on all the things - hatches re-done, new motor beds, engine 'hole-in-floor' closed up, i/o engine cover reduced in size, engine bilge gelcoated, new scuppers all over, aaaahhhhhhhh !

What along @#$%^& haul !!! I have worked on her for about 10 months.. The pix I have from the first day I got her to now are just tough to believe. A little bit at a time has been my motto and it works. She looks showroom new.

The only things I will "need" to be 100%: new canvas/full enclosure, carpet the interior ( I already ripped the old 'shag' out ) - and that will do it. The carpet will be a warm weather thing to do - the full encl - when more $$ can be saved for it.

Thx for all the assistance and insight along the way - and the laughs ( some of you guys are real characters ! )

Sincerely,

Alan
