27' Seacraft on Ebay for real????

Saw this 27' Seacraft on Ebay... wondering if this thing is for real. I didn't think Potter made any 27'ers. It looks like it needs alot of work, whatever it is.

Ahh Volvo Diesels!!
I hear that if you won them you love them. If you don't own them you hate them. I do know they are great till they break, then prepare really really expensive gold plated parts.

I guess they call that capitalism, but can you imagine being the person that buys it from Yachts-R-Us and realizing that you just bought a boat that had been on eBay for $10K less?!
