Captn Brad et al

Captn Brad, I was looking at the pix of your boat in the boatzone and noticed in one of the ass end pix your transducer is mounted on a raised panel. T he panel appears to be screwed in and sealed. Whats the panel ? and why do that ??

I used a white polycast acrylic. I used 4 screws & 5200 to seal.Everything screws to this plate not thru it. I made it large enough to mount other Toy'z. I can move the transducer around to adjust also.(Worked 1st time where its at) I just didn't want to put a bunch of holes in the New Transom. This way everything will be located in 1 place.
So far it has worked out.
