motor hoist

Did anyone build a motor hoist or where can one be purchased? Also I've used homemade motor stands for small outboards but how does one get a stand for these large motors. If someone could point out a website, that would be great.

Unfortunately, I take mine off more than I'd like.In fact I have the whole thing thing apart now for a motormount change and paint job while I'm at it.
For a hoist, I have been using an engine hoist that I have - I hook it to chains that I put in the flywheel bolt holes.
As for a stand, I made one with 4" x 4" 's bolted to 2x 8's and it has worked fine for me.
