Coconut Shrimp Recipe

Here's my southern Coconut Shrimp Recipe

""ENJOY""

""The trick here is if you don't do it in this order the coconut will not stick and all will come off in your fryer"""

1. Peel all but last section and tail
2. Split body
3. Roll in flour/cornmeal/S&P mix
4. dip egg wash
5. roll in coconut flakes
6. Fry @ 375* peanut oil

50% horseradish & 50% Orange Marmalade is a good dipping sause!!

After this meal and a couple of beers you'll Slap youre' Momma

Miles, wave in the she crab recipe.!! I love that soup. Every year when I go to hilton head I buy a few cans @ the Piggly Wiggly. I have 1 of those turkey fryers, ya think I could fill the pot with a couple gallons of soup and cook it up outside while I have a few cold ones ?. Its nice to see guys that fish & cook. This site might branch out into the unknown.
