1988 Seacraft 20

I am looking to purchase a 1988 20 center console. The person selling it is the original owner and the boat looks to be in very good shape. Has a 2000 Mariner 175 hp outboard with hydraulic steering. Tandem axle trailer with brakes. Is this a good hull or should I look into the Potter hulls? Price is $12,500. Is this a good deal? Anything I should look out for? This would be my first Seacraft? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

a picture is worth a lot. give us a bit more info and you will likely get opinions in return. merely knowing the age of the hull and the engine is not a lot to base a price on. is the floor/transom solid, t-top?, electronics?, paint or gel?, any modifications?, 20" or 25" transom?, etc etc etc?
