Tower

My tower has finally been completed so this weekend my brother helped me get it into the boat. We used a forklift and crane at his work to complete the task. It was a lot easier then getting 4 guys together and lifting it in. It has given the boat a whole new look. Here are a few pics and a link with all of the pics.

Thanks, the boat is beautiful. I have never seen a tower that wasn't stainless or aluminum. That white is very clean looking, I guess that's powder coated?

Wow . . . That looks great!! a little hint of yellowfin in the design. I really like the idea of reinforcing the console and keeping the screw holes out of the floor.

Thanks fellas... I'm happy with it. the consel has 1/2 inch plywood epoxied throughout the whole thing. It is bolted to the deck of the boat with 8 3/8 inch ss bolts. When the time comes to secure it for good I'll 5200 it as well as the bolts. It is very solid with 2 inch piping throughout except for the grab rails. Pogden yes it is powdercoated. I just tried the link and it worked for me ?

Strick, that is a really nice t-top. With all the re-enforcing and the 2" pipe, it must weigh a ton!! No wonder why you needed the forklift.

Strick, I was talking to Chris last week and said we should be seeing some pictures from Stick soon. Sure enough your right on schedule. The top looks great. The console mount and powder coat is the way to go! Did you do the design work? If so, good job! Keep the pictures coming. -Paul

Hi Fellas

Sorry, these pictures are from a post a couple months ago. The boat is at a stand still right now. I've been busy with what little spare time I have working on a piece of property that I bought. Gutting the house planting trees and landscaping. Had 6 days off recently and never touched the boat
I hope to get a little done on her this weekend.
I'll keep you posted.
