I live near the outfit that has this boat in their yard, my opinion is that it is a sketchy outfit.

They had a 27 Contender a few months ago that hit a piling of sorts, major bow damage.

It is now listed for sale at another local dealership.

Being the wisearse I am I contacted the dealership and asked point blank if the boat had any damage. they assure me that the boat has had no damage and has all the hull waranties included ( the last part made me chuckle as Contender waranties are non-transferable)

It is becoming harder and harder to find a deal.

Among dealers, it may be getting harder to locate a deal. However, there have been some boats listed on this site in the past month that would be VERY tempting to me if I were in the market for a project boat. I have emailed several of the sellers but it seems others have beat me to them

As to buying a hull that is wrecked as well as being built by BassProShop....you're kidding right?!

Yeah, but ...

"Trailer not included, major assembly required, batteries sold separately" !!!!

Looks like a "Tuck and Roll" deal to me!
