Need help pricing a 1985 23' Cuddy...

I am thinking about selling my 85' cuddy cabin and would like to get an idea of what its worth. The boat is in very good (4 out of 5) condition for a boat its age and not having been redone. The boat spent 85' to '98 in fresh water until i purchased (I am second owner). I have two 1996 150 HP Yamaha's with approx. 500 total hours on them and both have been rebuilt in the last 2 years (oil injection!!!) run great, 38 knots WOT. Additional accessories that i added include Garmin GPS/Fishfinder, Yamaha guages, Simpson/Lawrence 600lb Anchor Windlass, Complete Floscan/Twinscan Tachs and fuel flowmeters, Alpine/Bose 4 spkr stereo system w/ 10 disc CD Changer w/ amp, new Todd Captains chairs, full coaming bolsters, new custom bimini top with rollup plastic curtain enclosures, Racor filters, 1993 magic trail trailer with new tires. I have over $30,000 in the hull, engines, and accessories. What would be considered a fair price to ask for this boat? Any suggestions appreciated. thanks
