Rub rail repair work

A friend of mine is helping with my rub rail repair work. Replacing the original aluminum rail with a plain black rail.
I hope I have not messed anythin up in the process. We will see when it is all done. Smoothing the top at the same time. Going to all pull up cleats and lights.

Re: Rub rail repair work

I just replaced the transom from the inside and recored the deck cap. Replacing the rub rail was the worst. I would have a boat yard do it if it ever has to be done again.
