Fabricate a Bait Stand
 

I have a need. I want a bait stand/cutting board for my 23' Tsunami w/ an i/o. The rod holder, swivel type I have does not "cut it" ( pun intended ).

I want to install this bait stand directly over the front of the i/o cover, standing level, approx 24" x 16", and easily set up & down - rock solid when set-up.

Any ideas from the think tank ?

My ultimate in design: When set up, it is solid. Minimum hardware to be set up, and when not being used, there is minimal permanent hardware mounted to floor, i/o cover etc.
