I have always wanted to spear fish (no scuba gear...just a mask and a snorkel) . Is spearfishing illegal in Massachusetts??

spear fishing is leagle , spearing some species (like stripers) is not. Be carefull what you stab. And can you imagine how big that f-ing fish must have looked under the water?

i started spearing about 2 years ago... no regrets, but dont do it if you really like fishing becuase you will be spearfishing wayy more then you go fishing, it just gets a hold of you like that... i gotta work 8 to 5 today but high tide is at 630 so im gonna go spearing after work...
