73' 20CC For Sale

I am reluctantly selling my 1973 20 cc. It has just been professionally restored (with a new 25" transom) and has a new aluminum trailer. There is no motor on it yet. All of the teak has been replaced with custom starboard by a local plastics company. The boat is incredible! I just bought a 1976 23'. I have about 500 pictures of the complete restoration from start to finish. The asking price is $10,500.

Hay guy's anyone looking for a new 73, 20 footer this is it, the boy had it being overhauled in a fiberglass shop locally and his wife said he looked to big in the 20' (He's 6'9"), and said he should have a 23', and low and behold he bought it, so now has a very pretty 20' that is ready to be rigged out. Everything looks new and a 25" transom to boot, new dash, windshield. nothing in the gunnels, rig it how you want.

Nice looking boat. Looks like someone will save themselves a lot of work.

Haven't listed too many specifics on the boat -

What will the "new" owner have to do to the boat?
Electrical System?
Steering system?
Fuel system? Specs on the fuel tank?
Did you replace the console?
Did you have it painted? If so, with what?
Does not look like it has any hardware on it?

I live in Newport News - who did you have do the work on her? Beautiful looking job from the pictures. The more specific info the better as far as I am concerned.

I actually had all of the glass work done in Newport News at Fiberglass Customs. After talking to a lot of people, everyone kept referring me to Red (the guy that owns Fiberglass Customs). I live on just the other side of the Monitor Merrimac by Chesapeake Square. If you want to call me for all of the specifics my number is 636-3447.

New price is $9,000.00. After buying a 23', I really need to sell this to keep the wife from making me live in it.
