Well, my friend Jimmy and I debated for a while between taking his 31' SeaVee and my Seafari. Tough choice. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

We tossed the coin, and his Seavee won ... this time! [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Grill'm or deep fry'm, If You need a good batter,(NO Egg-Milk-) Just a flour/corn meal dry ( & secret Stuff) for them let Me know!

Finger up the filets, then make a paste of 1/4 cup chopped pre-sliced almonds, 1/4 cup REAL mayonnaise, 1 tsp oregano, and a big pinch of curry powder. Mix the paste well, and spread the paste on the fish fingers and bake for 4-6 minutes in a greased glass baking dish in oven pre-heated to 375. DON'T OVERCOOK THE FISH. Sushi is better than mushy!!

Of course, you could just fry the filets in a batter, too.
