I think that Fish Jack lives in Gulfport

Gulfport got hammered. My wife has freinds / coworkers that were down there at the time, have heard nothing.

Still no word from Steve. I tried his phone again and it's still out. I hope he and his family are alright, he has three small children around my kids age.

Anyone hear anything from him??

I will be headed toward Mississippi this weekend for a week or so of disaster relief. From what I have heard on the ground up that way, phone service from Jackson south is spotty at best.

I just got off the phone with Hammer, he and family are fine but they lost their house and his family lost their home in New Orleans.

From speaking with Hammer losing the house and posessions were bad but not having contact with his family after the storm for almost a week was excrutiating.

He sends his best to all and is very warmed by the thoughts we all have for him and his family after this horrific storm.

Hammer
So very glad you and the family are safe.

Cant even begin to imagine what you (and everyone down there) have gone through. I hope for you that as each day passes thing continue to improve.

Again here’s hoping that everyone else is at the very least safe

The eye wall passed about 30 miles to the east of us. We had 120 MPH winds but being on the west side of the eye in the nothern hemisphere blew the tide away. We had a lot of trees down and utility outages but nothing compared to the New Orleans / Gulfport areas. My family, employees and 66 Seacraft Bow Rider are all safe. Thanks for the prayers.
