late 70s early 80s sea craft ?

i'm looking at a sea craft that i might buy. it's a early 80s late 70s 20' hull that looks similar to the sceptre. the guy said it's called the fisherman and only a few thousand of the model were made. it needs the transom replaced.the floor seems solid. the motor is an 89 merc 175 that he says runs.the trailer needs work also. anyone know what a fair price for this boat in it's current condition would be?

thanks in advance for any replies!

i'll have to go by his house again and get the hull id #.

the boat is a 20' sea craft bow rider with a tiny cabin in it. but has plenty of fishing space behind the two captains chairs.
