Gas Prices in the Keys
 

What are you guys in the Key's seeing at the pump? I'm heading down in a few weeks for some R&R, what can I expect to pay at the pump. I'm planning on fishing alot ..but if everyone is out of fuel it may not happen. I've heard stories of $5 a gallon? and some places are out for weeks?...

Gas was 3.29 the other day now it's down to 2.90 in places and there's plenty,Come on down.

On Long Island at the gas dock this past weekend it was $4.25 gal. [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

And to think that I was crying this past weekend when it was $3.59 per gallon at my marina in NJ.

$4.25 a gallon at Marina Bay on Boston Harbor. I wonder what the Nantucket boat basin is charging....has to be close to $5.00/gallon if not more.

That was my thread that I started. Gas has actually come down in price since then. Some places still have a $45 max per purchase.

Paradise is treating us pretty well. The weather has been strange...in the 80s with the wind either coming out of the West or like today from the North. But fishing has remained HOT!!! I haven't been getting out as much as I did in the summer...I'm only managing maybe 2 trips a weeks...vs fishing 4-5 times a week.
