Easy Question for those that know the answer
If I understand my facts correctly, Bill Potter took over Sea Craft in 1968 and focused primarily on the 18' and 20' models. I thought the first year the 23' was introduced was 1973. Was it 1973 or 1972? I think Potter built a total of 1750 23' models which included all types. Does anyone know approximately how many Center Console (Super Fish) types are included in the 1750 total? I see a couple of classic '73 similar to mine on this site. How many do you think are left? Can I find out which of the 1750 I own?

Re: Easy Question for those that know the answer
1972 was the first year. PF Flyer and SEAFARI restored PF's last year. See here.
Trayder has the production numbers by model, so hopefully he can post them for you. |

It's good to see that thread again! Thanks Scott! My hull was not stamped with a serial number and I still don't know what it was. Maybe my brother knows. Hey Trayder, could you post the production numbers for each year of the 23'. Thanks,-PF
