Ft Pierce-Stuart Florida
 

Hey guys down there in the area. I am thinking abouyt buying a second home that will be one day my primary residence. I have visited the area several times and love it (save the hurricanes). Would like a home on navigable water, somewhat close to an inlet so to get off shore and deep enough water for a 23 at low tide. What is better, Ft Pierce, another area, Stuart or does it matter? Can you suggest a real estate agent that is not so pushy? Any other suggestions appreciated.

It is a great place to live and fish. Just keep in mind
the further south you go down the state, water front prices
go up!! Water front property and for that matter all property in Florida has almost doubled the last few years.
There are good inlets on the East coast, it comes down to
how much do you want to spend and what you want to catch.
The boys down south enjoy the Gulf Stream being only miles
from the beach. For those of us in the central part of Florida, we have to travel approx. 40+ to get to the stream.
We all enjoy the same species, just a travel issue. Probably the best way to find what your looking for is to
search, Watson or Century 21 Realtors web sites. This way you can narrow down all the factors. Good luck in your search. See ya, Ken
