Stainless Single Outboard Bracket on 20 MA
 

Hello all. Found this on continuous wave, but don't know how to hyper link? it to this location. 30" after 5" hydraulic jack plate, and I believe it will still fit in the garage/boathouse. It's cheap enough. Would the benefits justify it? Have call into owner, what do I need to know? Presently appears to be mounted on a hurricane damaged Whaler Montauk. Flotation, size outboard on it originally. Would trim tabs then be required, though not using now? Would overall ride improve, ie. perform similar to a 23? Am I just wasting time and money that should go into a floor raising? 79 MA is solid other than fuel cell hatch, and transom has already been redone. 1999 Johnson 175 2 Stroke, 110 hours (thats how much I use the boat)!
