Long Boat Fishing Ques.

Going to visit mom in Long Boat Key next week. Any fishing suggestions? Had it with the coldand dying to get out on H2O.
Any good capns in the area or good places to kayak fish would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Captain Todd Foucher of www.slingnbait.com

You'll have to drive a bit....but definitely worth it. Briguy and I fished with him in December and had a blast.

oldfielder-
I've got a client who is a capt. around Longboat Key. His company is Tight Lines. I will post his number ASAP. My family, down from ME.who are staying with family on Lido Key, is fishing with him this week. The Kayak rentals are in Sarasota on 41-Tamiami Tr. toward the airport. Longboat may have Kayaks, but I have'nt seen any. Ed & Brian's guide, if he is in Ruskin is 45 minutes away, but that's your call....

Give me a call and we can hook up. My office is on St. Armands circle. I can point you in the righ direction. If you want you can drive to my house and borrow my Kayak.
Fishing is great right out my front door.
