Im am looking at a rocket T231A trailer for the 1986 seacraft that im buying.Any one own one or have any info.

get the stainless hardware if you have a choice.

I tried to find the Rocket T231A with no success. But what you need is a two axel aluminum trailer. For Florida I would go with a float on type with torsion axels and all stainless steel bolts with stainless steal Kodiak surge brakes. You need a 5,000 to 6,000 lb trailer for that 23’ I went with Loadmaster out of Tampa.

Fellas food for thought, I know someone in Miami that is selling a 7500lb alluminum two axle carribian trailer. I believe its a 2000. The trailer is in excellent condition, I beleive he is asking $2,000 for it, if interested I will give you his contact info ;)

The rocket that I found is a T231ab all anodized with 100% SS fastners,tongue jack,bow and aft guides,cadiun plated disc brakes on all axels,14" tires,torsion axel with removable spindal, 7000" CAP. price out the door $3953.65
It is all so located within 5 miles of the boat to be purchased. Can pick up after boat imspection. Is price for new trailer fair? why were you looking for the same trailer.

What I meant was I looked on the web sight but could not find that particular trailer. As for the price that is about as good as you will find anywhere. My trailer is 6,000 lbs. and works fine the 7,000 is even better. In fact, after I posted above I realized I should have said either a 6,000 or 7,000 not a 5 or 6.

I think that might be a little high ! I would check into NexTrail
or North County Trailers in Jupiter. Thats where I got mine. 24'- 26' 7000#, All alum, torsion axles and Kodiak S/S disc brakes.

I just finished researching and purchasing an aluminum bunk trailer for my 20' CC. I narrowed it down to Steve at East Coast Trailer (Loadmaster) 407-718-0066 and Jeff at Owens and Sons (Slide On)727-323-1088. Both individuals were extremely helpful and they both offer nice trailers at a good value.
