23' Walk around?

I was driving around the North Shore of MA yesterday afternoon and I stopped and looked at a 23' SeaCraft for sale in someones front yard. It was a 23' "walk around". Hard to read the hull ID #, but I think it said 1986. Was that hull configuration ever part of the SeaCraft line-up?

If you want to see a 23' WA to drool over, check out Chris Downey's (aka "Water Rat") 23 footer. You can find it under the pictures of the 23 footers. Wow!!!

Peter, The Water Rat is a BEAUTIFUL Seacraft but it is a Scepter not a WA. :D

Bryan,

Thanks for the clarification. Just goes to show you that as a center console guy, I think of cuddy cabins and walk arounds as the same basic kind of boat.

I have a 1989 SeaCraft 23WA, bought it new. Has been a great boat and I get a lot of lookers and compliments. Really rides great in our short chop waters here in the San Juans and Canadian Gulf Islands. :D

Getting Mine closer to painting. I will put a hard top on mine after painting.
Was going to close in the transom and put on a bracket but ran out of time. They are nice boats but even with the foldable wall that huge outboard opening scares me. Once i get closer I'll send some photos of the damage I repaired.
