Good supplier of epoxy, cabosil, fiberglass, etc.

Can anyone give me the website or phone number of a good supplier of epoxy, cabosil, fiberglass, etc. I am in the process of modifying and restoring a 20 cc I/O into an outboard. I live in southern New Jersey and I have not found a good place to purchase these materials near me.

I use Mertons fiberglass supply here in New England. Joe sells to several people here on the website. I know some of the guys in N.J. are buying from him as well.

Tell him you found out through Classic SeaCraft.

I have been using RAKA (www.raka.com) epoxy and glass. Larry is a great guy to deal with.
He offers Fast, Medium and Slow hardener.

If the temps are above 70 degrees forget about the fast hardener.

You can get everything you need from him - Biax(glass), fillers, etc. etc.

I started with one of his 6 gallon kits on my project thinking it would get me somewhere - at last count I am up to about 15 gallons. ;)

If you buy vinylester/polyester 5 gallon pails, 10lb bags of aerosil (cabosil), and rolls of fiberglass. You can set up an account with composites One (www.compositesone.com) . . . they also sell nidacore. I think they only sell epoxy resin and hardener in 55 gallon drums.

Otherwise:
www.uscomposites.com is pretty cheap (even with shipping).
