SeaCraft Half Way House
Well Boys, The SeaCraft barn is just about complete.

It look's nice, but it my be a illusion in the pix? It appear's that the house is sitting in front of the big shop door's and would be PITA to get a boat backed it?

Yeah, go figure, the County Enviromental Dept.
Squeezed me into 120 ft. when my frontage is 660 ft x 440 ft deep. 5.5 acres and this is what happens. Leather ferns constitute it being classified as a hammock wetland. I could have paid an additional $11,000 over the $12,000 that I paid for permits and impact fees to build the two further apart. Door 1 is a straight shot back, Door 2 is behind the house. It will work for the flats boat. All in all still beats being in the city. See ya, Ken |
