SeaCraft Half Way House
 
Well Boys, The SeaCraft barn is just about complete.
NoBones is sleeping inside. Can't wait for the house to
be done too!!!!
Hopefully by mid August

It look's nice, but it my be a illusion in the pix? It appear's that the house is sitting in front of the big shop door's and would be PITA to get a boat backed it?

Yeah, go figure, the County Enviromental Dept.
Squeezed me into 120 ft. when my frontage is 660 ft x 440 ft
deep. 5.5 acres and this is what happens. Leather ferns
constitute it being classified as a hammock wetland.
I could have paid an additional $11,000 over the $12,000
that I paid for permits and impact fees to build the two
further apart. Door 1 is a straight shot back, Door 2
is behind the house. It will work for the flats boat.
All in all still beats being in the city.
