new hull color

Hey guys........I want to change the boat hull color( from the rub rail to the boot stripe ) on a 18ft SF and am looking for info on the best product to use. Roll and tip is what I am thinking but what should I use . Alwgrip sounds tricky but????????????

I had very good results rolling and tipping Sterling paint.
You need to be very careful that the paint has time to cure before it gets any dew on it so don't paint late in the day.Bugs were a bit of a problem with the slower cure than spraying but we finally got it covered and were very happy with the finish.

Just a FYI: A know a guy that is very disapointed in Siginature Finsh doing roll & tip.

Coverage was lousy, having to sand between coat's and ton's of orange peel.

Spraying AwlGrip is tricky.
I had to sand and spray 3 times to get it right. :D

Very thin coat's [transparent] and waiting 1hr before next coat.

Yeah Wart, I learned the hard way. The directions said 30
minutes, but here in Daytona in June the heat factor was
the deciding element.
