1972 25' Seafari

After much soulsearching- I have decided to sell my Seafari.

Repowered 1998 350 Mercruiser magnum/Alpha Gen2 drive
890 hours
Raytheon R10/XX Radar
Raytheon 575 Loran

Red hull
new tan cushions

The boat runs fast/strong - Everything works
Although the boat itself could use some cosmetic work

I think this is the boat.

Doug,
I went through the archives to find that pic and noticed you have sold a couple SCs on the site already. Are you a dealer or do you have the same "boat theory" affliction that some members, namely Titleist, have? :D

Re: 1972 25' Seafari

Yeah, Scott, that's the boat!(although that picture was taken some time ago)I do seem to collect them. The old lady says that there is definatly something wrong with me! :o
Anyways- The red is now somewhat faded, as is the canvas- but the boat itself,engine/drive and electronics are all in order. What I think I want now is a 23' Seavette project- I want to stick with outboards. The bay around here doesn't get much rougher than 3' most of the time - I just don't need a boat this big.

How much are you asking? Can you post some pictures?

Trade you for this, 25 Whitewater. Similiar to a Seavette although not a Seacraft. Deep vee hull though, and outboard power. :D
