Not shure looks like armstrom or gill. I would like some better pics of the transom. It would help with my rebuild

After I pick it up I'll take shots of anything you want to see....the transom is supposed to be good....but I'll check it and a rebuild is not out of the question....this is going to become my offshore boat.

Im totaly rebuilding my boat not just the transom. I have to close my transom in. Mine will also be for offshore i plan on billfishing from it @ the floating rigs on the east side of louisiana. It's 60-80 mlies 1 way.

Similar here in Charleston...40-50 miles one way to get to the ledge (gulf stream)....50-80 to get to any interesting
deep structure. I'm going to remount the bracket, might even get a new one.....repower, etc. Check it all while I have it apart.....I know I'll need some windshields...I was thinking I could take the frames and them made.....

Hard to tell from the pix, but looking at the ear's sticking up for the upper motor mount bolt's my guess is a Gill.

That boat is just down the road from me... The guy has a few Seacrafts for sale. I've seen the boat in person not a bad buy for the money. If you needed any local help let me know.

Congrats - Nice Find !!

After my last outing, in what turned into 4's to 6's and a few beyond that - I can definitely see a sceptre in my future.

Nice Boat !!!

Good Luck with her.

Thanks for the comments guys...and offer to assist, Don....
As a matter of fact Don, I was planning to pick up a trailer in Charleston and haul it to NJ to pick her up next week. Is there a reasonable trailer dearler there nearby....I could just buy one up there if the price is in the same park as I'd get in Charleston. The trailer wasn't part of the deal....

Give this guy a call http://rampagetrailer.com/ He's not far from the boat and maybe able to help you out and get the trailer set-up for you before hand.
