Swivel mount rod holders

Can anyone tell me if these things are a pain in the ass to install. I just bought a 130st and would like to put a few of these in for the giants.

Mount one right in the bow. Don't forget to use a large backing plate. Fishermans outfitters has some real nice ones (just a bit on the pricy side). Good luck with the giants!!!

Alternative to swivel holder you can install a fighting pole that is removable like the one on Tune A Fish. There are a couple good pics of it in use on CSC pics. They use them alot on charter boats down here on the gulf coast due to verstility. When your not using it pop it out and put cover plate on mount.
good luck

Chance,
If you're interested, I've got 2 Lee's swivel rod holders I pulled off my Seabird a couple years ago. They're not mint, but they're in pretty good shape. Let me know.
