bow rail
 
does anyone have any info on taking apart the bow rail of 73 20 cc. the very front where the each side meets is where im concerned. I believe there is bracket where they join. Rail is NJ and me and the boat are in FL so i cant see it. I want take apart to put in a pickup to come down here.

Sould be some set screws in there holding it all together.

Just what TheHermit said, at least that's how the rail on my '76 was put together.

I still have my original bow rail from my 1979 20 MA. All but one stansion base, which is probably around the base of the wood pile she is straddling. I know that she fits very nicely inside a 6" bed of my 1987 Toyota pickup, bow to rear, hangs over about a foot, fully assembled. Maybe this will help. Part II.
