And how much money do I have to through into this boat before it sinks?

Ughhhh, maybe it is "FOAM" for floatation.
30k to 40k, should put you in real good shape.

Foam stuff = "foam".

Mine still manages to float in spite of tossing undue amounts of money into it.

there are a couple of types of foam but depending on the yr of your boat i sat its called standerad expansion foam

none just fill her up with pool noodles and install a mast.
