Digitizing (OCR from raster) SeaCraft Manual

In appreciation for this fine groups efforts and contributions, am thinking to attempt an OCR conversion of the Owner's manual (1975) and posting the resultant on this site.
The motive, is as described: PayBack for the contribution by others here.
The reason is:
. so a word searchable document is available
. so the text is more legible than the raster scan (NO criticism intended).
I seek permission to do this
and,
Invite others to participate.
With permission will publish to the site as PDF, DOC (ugh), Open Office (yeah), and WordPerfect.
QUALIFIER: please don't expect this overnight - but will try to have it within a few weeks of permission.
Thanks all, HBH

I have a .pdf version of it, the issue on it not being posted was server limitations due to the size of the entire document

Have done a PDF of the raster file but it cannot offer word search and other features of a true text document. Is the PDF you have Trayder PDF of text or of the raster scans?

Re: Digitizing (OCR from raster) SeaCraft Manual

Still waiting for clearance to proceed from the powers that be: the owner/founders of this site and the poster of the manual that's there.
Can you folk help get the request to their attention?
Thanks, HBH
