fiberglass repair dvd's
 
does anyone know of any good fiberglass repair dvd's,im trying to teach myself,but i cant seem to find the right info i need in fiberglassing,there is alot on gelcoat but i cant seem to find a good one on fiberglass repair..any help would be appreciated thanks...

I bought the two DVD set from this guy -
Fiberglass-Repair
Be aware he uses polyester resin - not epoxy.. I learned a few things from the video and I think they were worth the forty or so bucks..

You might also try West Systems - I have a few of their videos (on their epoxy products) they are also very informative - esp. for a novice.

West Systems also has a pretty decent booklet describing how to do a number of repairs -

What sort of help are you looking for ? what particular task do you have ? the easy part of this is the knowledge - the tougher part is finding the courage to take a saw to your boat, and diving into the job !!

thanks very much for the info,i ordered those videos right away.im definately noy afraid of taken a saw to the boat,because i think its the only way lol.im trying to redo the transom of my boat and im not sure where to start,i think im gonna stay with the i/o stringer drive,instead of the bracket so it shouldnt be to difficult,but i do have to start somewhere,so any info would b helpful..thanks ..
