007 Deck Hardware

I'm considering doing the flush mounting hardware thing on my 23CC, i.e. cleats and nav lights. The SeaCraft with the recessed handrail and no bow rail seems the perfect candidate to get the flush deck treatment. I'd like to hear your experiences and the hardware choices you have made. The kind of cutting and fitting this requires, I'd like to have the best chance at choosing products that are of a quality that are going to last and remain on the market should repair or replacement be necessary.

TACO would seem to be the obvious choice for retractable cleats, but the bow lights are a little harder to come by. I have seen one unit made by Hella, a reputable manufacturer, but I've only found them available in the UK. It would be nice to combine flush with LED if possible.

Light me up.

Everything you need. http://66.206.15.129//

You can sometimes find Accon cleats and lights on E-bay. They make an LED bow light now.

Check out the Accon line of cleats etc.

Accon LLC website

Great stuff and you can find some good deals if you shop around on the internet.. Lots of discussion here on the site - do a search for Accon.

I have several of the "pop-up" cleats and the "pull-up" bow light. Very well built and worth the money..

I went with GEM cleats and homemade alum. backing plates. They have welded (hidden) mounting studs instead of screws.

Has anyone used or seen the accon pop up bow chocks? I have a 6 inch pull up cleat for the bow of my 20' sf and I'm debating on going with the pull up chocks or none at all.

If you are interested in GEM or Accon parts I can get them for you as I have direct accounts with both of them. Just send me your wish list with the part numbers and I will give you a quote on it.

I need Accon (1) 210-M, (1) 210-MC, and (I think) (2) 202-6. Roger, which product did you select for the cleats? 6" Pop-up?

Todd you can email me at dennis@sherod.com for prices and ordering arrangements. Greatly appreciate the offer.

Wow, I'm glad I asked. Great help guys.

How about a price on part #500. Is a pair of the 4 1/2 inch pull up bow chocks. Thanks
