perspective buyer

I found a 23 ft c/c but the whole deck needs to replaced i'd like to attempt to do it myself. Does anyone know what the cost will be in the long run?

Have you done any fiberglass work before ? First, you will need a range of power tools - after that, the choices in materials will drive the cost - polyester resin and marine plywood is the low end route, epoxy resins and composite (non-wood) coring will be the high end route, you're probably looking at something between $1500 and $4000 to do a complete floor replacement.... mostly spent in beer, while you sweat thru the job :D

just a rough guess -
