gas tank grounding?
 

Im getting ready to install new aluminum tank and wanted to double check set up.
ground deck fill too tank tab(terminal)
ground from tank tab too neg. bus
ground from tank tab too bronze thru-hull, or i guess it makes more sense to run one wire from thru-hull too neg. bus

i dont remember exact set up when i pulled the old tank, however all the old wires had fallen out of connecters!
any suggestions, or what would be standard practice?

Don't do that part.

Use Green wire for the run from fill to tank tab.
Black from Tab to fuel sender ground. It should ground fine thru the mounting screw,but I still run a jumper.

Pink wire from sending unit [hot] to gauge.

I also coat the tab on the tank with liq. electric tape after the connection's are made. This helps with corrosion from moist air in that area under the deck.

Do the same on the sending unit connections.

It's always a PITA to fix connections on tanks. This little precaution seems to help for down the road problems.
