transom work for a 20' sceptre

I just find out that the transom on my 1974 sceptre 20' may need some re-work. Any idea who can hel me with this. I'm in Jacksonville FL.

If you’re looking for help on how to do it yourself you’re in the right place. Do a search-look at the galleries. Both will show you how to approach the transom core from the inside or the outside. I finished mine a couple of months ago and the site was a critical resource. :D

There is a a lot of brain trust and experience here on CSC and on classicmako.com. Spend a couple ours doing searches, than post your questions.
I am in the process of reduilding my transom, putting a bracket on, putting a livewell in the transom, and a fish box in the floor. I am replacing all the wood in the transom with composite materials.
I have a thread going at http://www.classicseacraft.com/forum...r=52767&Forum=,,&Words=&Searchpage=1&Limit=25&Main=52084&Search= true&where=&Name=&daterange=&newerval=&newertype=& olderval=&oldertype=&bodyprev=#Post52767
I am 2.5 hours south of you, and will be posting progress. If you have any questions I can answer, fire away.
