77' 20ft sf
I have looked at a 20 ft sf and am thinking of making an offer on the vessel, hull is in very good cond. the liner and console are not cut up or otherwise damaged. deck is pretty much gone.the fiberglass on the deck is in great condition but the whole deck is soft and needs replacement. no motor to speak of and no trailer of any value. I have seen the recons on this website but have to ask if replacing the deck on this boat is a job that is more than the average enthusiast is likley to have adequate ability to accomplish. Would someone please make recomendations as to whether the liner should be pulled or the deck cut out for repair. transom seems to be solid. rgds, kbw

Here is a link to Don Hermco's site. Scroll all the way down the page and take a look at his boat. This is the easiest way to go about it without removing the liner.
