1985 SC 23 w/ twin 200's ??
 

I'm looking at a 1985 SC 23 with twin 1999 merc 200's. What is the maximum hp rating for this boat? It appears to be stock, with the standard notched/open transom. Price is 20k... will that much wight affect how the boat performs? will the scuppers be underwater at rest? Is this a good year for seacrafts? Any insight or guidence is greatly appreciated...
