What boat is better 20 SF or the 20 master angler?

I am trying to determine whether to rebuild the decks in my 20 sf or to get a 20 MA? I have a chance to purchase a master angler that needs equal amount of work. So lets here which one is better and why? Also does the master angler sit out of the water higher?

They both have advantages. personally I like the MA b/c of the recessed bow rail, the big console, and the 70 gallon fuel tank. But . . . I think the sf has nicer lines.

Bigshrimpin just about took the words out of my mouth. In addition to the recessed bow rail and larger fuel capacity, the MA has more flush deck then the SF and higher, wider gunnels. The higher gunnels are a major plus to me.

I've fished on my neighbors SF last weekend and it's a fine vessel as well...a little less comfortable then my MA (I'm 6,0 and my neighbor is 6,3) so the gunnels are below our knees, but I think the SF has nicer lines.

I have had an 18, 23 Sceptre, 20 Master Angler currently and spent a good deal of time in 23 CC's. The nicest parts have been mentioned with the wide gunnels, also the recessed handrail that was also mentioned. The cap is 4" higher and kinda messes up the sheer line of the hull, I agree on that and the SF has better lines but I wanted an MA from the day I saw it in 1975 as a saleman. It was so cool with the wide gunnels and the baitwell in the corner, Jack the Sales Manager ( Jack's Interbay Marine now)put the new 175 Black Max on it and man that was badass in 1975  :D

After having the 18 I wanted the wide gunnels again so was looking for an 18, never thought I would find a MA but kinda neat knowing apparently only 327 were ever built, seems like alot around for only that many though.

I have to add those wide gunnels are the perfect height and like having fishing seats all the way around the boat.
