Slick Panels

I ran across this web site. They make panels for all types of boats. If you are doing a restore, this is something you might like.

Nice panels. I am going to use a Blue Seas switch panel but am looking for a material to replace the "glove box" cover and instrument cluster. Anyone with ideas let me know

How about starboard?

I am considering that product and plexiglass. But I wanted something to look like the original color of the panels.

I made this cover for my glove box. Scanned the "Scepter" and "SeaCraft", then on to the laser engraver.

Very nice, what type of material did you use?

Re: Slick Panels

It is just standard black lable making stock. I used contact cement to glue it to the old cover. Did the same for the instrument panel. Could not find "wood grain" that looked like the original. If someone knows where to get the wood grain stock, the laser can cut and engrave it. It is all saved in the computer.
