Rabud Sea scuppers

Has anyone used these on a Tsunami/Secptre? I was going to buy them until the ad said you cant use these below the water line. The scuppers on the Tsunami/Sceptre are below the waterline. Any feedback is appreciated.

Been on the back of my 20SF for over 10 years below the
water line with NO problem. You will love em'

I put Rabuds on my 18ft a few years ago. They work great. No back-flow.

they dont work with thru deck scuppers tho right?? have to go out the transom?
