27' Flybridge model

I came into posession of a 1968 brochure featuring the 27' cabin model. It looks like it was quite a boat. I don't recall ever seeing one. Are there any of the boats out there?

There is one for sale in Chatham Ma, down off Ridgevale Road I believe. I know it was there 2 weeks ago. It has twin Mercruisers.

I recently read on moeslyseacraft.com an article on the 27 that indicated the Chrysler powered sterndrives didn't sell well, and to increase sales, Carl had the 27 plans stretched to 30' to accomodate inboards. The article states that when Potter took over the 30' Flybridge was a no go...........
