1996 200 yamaha with controls and hynautic steering with seastar helm.
Pulled it off a 24' century. replaced with new250 verado. I have no need for the motor . Shipping is available

what is the compression in each cylinder,how much corrosion on power head

Hi Iam working on that I have not had time to set up a test stand for the engine. It was running fine when we pulled it. My buddy works for Mercury Marine ,and well, two free engines what ever kind they have is hard to beat.So hewent with a 250 verado. I will get the numbers and pictures up soon. thanks MJ

Okay I finally got it up and running today. It fired right off. The compression #'s are all the same. 130psi.The alrms work and the oil pump works. Everthing works and runs fine on this Outboard. There was nothing wrong other then my buddy wanted a 250 Verado instead.
This motor comes with seastar helm with stearing cylinder,All guages and Control arms and 17ptch SS prop . I can send a vid of engine running.. 2600obo will deliver Thanks Martin

Yes I just have not had time to setup for people till now. And I did not want to sell if the motor did not Run for some reason. I just wanted to make sure that I can show this engine running. Not to mention Make sure the oil pump worked which is the most crucialpart..factory comppression is 116-142 psi This engine is 130+ Thanks Martin
