Rules for Re-builds & Restorations:

1. Get Check book out, open and through away the key!

2. Get a private account to the first that she has NO way of tracing and burn, bury next to Black Beards treasure chest or book space on the next mission to the moon for said receipts!

3. Get to be a Siamese twin brother of at least three marine mechanics, riggers and marine fabricators!

4. Stop dreaming and get to work!

5. Know when all hope for a "Concourse" quality rebuild is beyond all reason of even the fanatics!

6. Make sure it floats, has power and generally keeps more water out than it allows in and THEN....

Get 37 million "For Sale" signs, spread them around and get ready to beg for mercy when it comes to negotiating a selling price!

7. Understand that it is not a hobby, but rather a self-inflicted disease that to date has no cure- But remeber and keep telling yourself, "...but what a way to go!"

Good Luck, our condolences and may God bless your well intentioned soul.
