1979 23 cc

Hate to do it, but it looks like I may have to sell.
I will post more details and pictures tomorrow.
1979 23' Seacraft with twin 1998 200 HP Mercury EFI.
Floor and transom rebuilt, fuel tank replaced, rewired.
Every thing works, hull and motors are in great shape!

Re: 1979 23 cc

I have some interest in this boat, but no buyers. I figured 6k for the motors (NADA), 2K for the trailer, the rest is in a rebuilt, hull and electronics.
How about a little help, what do you guys think is a fair value for this boat?

that is a good price as it is, a very good price. That boat would have sold for alot more I think a couple of years ago. To have the floor and transom done would cost an owner anywhere from 5-7k plus the t top and a good wiring scheme I would say is worth 2 thousand at least. Thats a great boat hold your ground you will get the money for it.

Motors probably scaring folks off due to gas prices. Good reliable engines just hungry. NADA on 2S motors seems to be running 30%-10% lower than book.Price does seem fair to me as well, looked around at a lot of SC last few months.

If were closer to MA I'd prob buy.
