underwater lights

I am putting the finishing touches on my 23' center console.
It has been completely rebuilt.
I want to put some underwater lights on for fishing?
Has anyone done this on their 23' and what brand did you use?

I have friends that have used Intensity lights and Ocean LED.

I also have a good source for these. If you need something let me know.

Don't go with Abyss. Put them under test, 24/7, and many of the individual LEDs failed after 6-700 hours. State their bulb life is 20,000 hours plus. OceanLED has a quality thru-hull type that is a really nice unit, but they don't have surface mounts, which are a lot cheaper. We use Aqualuma out of Australia, polycarbonate housings, excellent but pricey. OceanLED for certain.

Any idea how good the new Amphibian surface mounts are by OceanLED?

Re: underwater lights

All I can offer is the amphibians are less expensive than the thru hulls and flush mounts.

There's a guy on the hulltruth making the surface mount type. Dont know much about them except that he makes them to order and the price is good. His screen name is scarabchris.

I have a picture of a 23' with green underwater LEDs but can't post because it is in the wrong format.
