Mangrove Snapper at Night

we went out last nite in my brothers 23 dusky trying to catch some YT's. we went out to the whistle bouy and anchored up in about 36ft and started 2 bag chumming. we were pretty unsuccesful with YT's we did manage to get some nice mangrove snapper on the boat as well as a few keeper grunts. http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...Picture002.jpg

that was at 4:00am when we finally got home so i was a little tired. but i would say it was a pretty good trip afterall

A couple of real "fatty's". Nice catch.

so far we made mangrove blackened and then parmesan crusted snapper cooked over a bed of onions and green peppers. both were excellent.
