raised my stringers 3.5 inches am going to be using a stainless marine twin bracket.Will i still be able to self bail out the transom?

is the bracket full flotation?

I,m not familiar with brackets,but the only openings are where the bracket mounts to the transom
&the 2 access ports on top

Look at the bracket shape......compare to the Hermco bracket
shape on the hermcom website. Many brackets are much deeper at the transom than where the motors mount. The Hermcom is the same depth from the transom to the back of the bracket....meaning more bracket volume in the water and more flotation.
